General Info on Fees & Inclusions

We recommend that you read through the information pages before starting to register. Every participant is requested to pay the registration fee, which includes conference items/activities such as the conference booklet, coffee/tea at the coffee break, and the welcome party. Registered members are entitled to present communications and to attend all the works of the congress, the opening and closing ceremonies, free coffee breaks, social events (that will be announced in the web-site), one electronic copy of the book of abstracts, and one congress bag with useful material. The registration fees do not include accommodation, meals and travel costs. The congress excursion and any possible additional events will be extra charged. The form is secure and if you decide to pay with credit card, your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process.

How to Register

If you are interested in participating in our congress, use the Online Registration below (Bank transfer or credit card). 

Please fill out the registration form, starting from April 1, 2015. After a complete registration (submission of registration form and fee's payment), a confirmation email will be sent from the organizing committee. Please send by e-mail to 13iczegar@nhmc.uoc.gr (cc to tsaparis@hcmr.gr) the reeciept of the Bank Transfer when you have deposited your fee. Money transfers can be accepted until September 30th, 2015. Later payments have to be done on-site at the congress registration desk (cash payment).

Discount

Students can register at a lower fee (see registration fees below). Some official document must be shown during on-site registration to prove student status for 2015.

Offer

The registration in the 13^th ICZEGAR gives the opportunity to the participants to become a member of the Hellenic Zoological Society for the calendar year 2015 by sending the application form (greek version or english version) to 13iczegar@nhmc.uoc.gr.

Cancellations

Cancellations received before August 5, 2015 will be fully refunded. No money refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.
