We recommend that you read through the information pages before starting to register.

Every participant is requested to pay the registration fee, which includes conference items/activities such as the conference booklet, coffee/tea at the coffee break, and the welcome party.

Registered members are entitled to present communications and to attend all the works of the congress, the opening and closing ceremonies, free coffee breaks, social events (that will be announced in the web-site), one electronic copy of the book of abstracts, and one congress bag with useful material.

The registration fees do not include accommodation, meals and travel costs.

The congress excursion and any possible additional events will be extra charged.

The form is secure and if you decide to pay with credit card, your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process.

Cancellations

Cancellations received before August 5, 2015 will be fully refunded (100%) in case of Bank Transfer and 75% refunded in case of Credit Card payment. No money refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.
